Refund Policy

We hope that you are always left satisfied with your products, however we do understand that sometimes things happen where an item must be returned. Custom orders are NON-REFUNDABLE. Ready-to-Wear items if eligible, will receive STORE CREDIT ONLY,  and must be returned within 14 business days from the date you received your order. Once past the 14 business day mark, returns will not be accepted.

Please note all sale items are NON-REFUNDABLE.

To be eligible for a return, items must if pristine conditions, with all tags securely attached. We cannot accept returns from items with makeup, deodorant stains, perfume odors, pet hair, smoke or any kind of smells or any sort of stains. 

Return instructions.

The cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Please send email to kmillerdesigner@gmail.com for address to send order for return.

Damaged Items.

For any damaged items, please report the issue within two days of receiving your order via email to kmillerdesigner@gmail.com and include images of the damages.
