Shipping policy

Please read carefully and processing times may vary dependent upon the garment ordered. 

Custom Made garments, are hand crafted and made tailored with you in mind. With this being said quality takes time. Most custom garments (will be labeled pre-order couture) will be tailored to your measurements and may take 4-8 weeks to complete.( Time Frames may vary during peek prom season.) 

Ready-to-Wear garments will be processed in 2-3 business days. 

Shipping:

Standard shipping time is 3-10 business days. All ready to wear items are shipped priority mail via USPS, and Custom Garments are shipped expressed mail via UPS. However delays may happen, so please prepare for the allotted shipping time frame. 

Once orders have been shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier (USPS or UPS). Any problems that may arise while your order is in transit from us to you will be at the responsibility of the carrier. Tracking numbers will be provided via email once shipped.
